Aaron Jeffery

   Aaron C. Jeffery is an award-winning New Zealand-Australian actor. His roles include Terry Watson in Water Rats and Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He was also the character Matt "FletchThe Fletcher" Fletcher in Wentworth. Jeffery was born in Auckland and relocated to Australia as an adult. He then pursued acting studies at NIDA. He graduated from NIDA in 1993 and began his career in television with the children's program Ship to Shore. Jeffery is best known for his role in McLeod's Daughters as Alex Ryan. He left the show in the year 2008. He was also a part of the third season of Outrageous Fortune, a New Zealand drama. Jeffery was also portrayed as Frank in Underbelly: Badness. He completed filming on the 22nd of June. Three days later, Jeffery was officially confirmed as Bradley Fox's replacement on Neighbours for a period of two months. In October, it was announced that Jeffery was cast as a corrections officer in the series Wentworth. Bevan Lee's Between Two Worlds was also his role. In April 2021 it was announced that Jeffery was being cast in the upcoming Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her, which is adapted from the Karin Slaughter novel of the identical name. For his performance in McLeod's Daughters, Jeffery was awarded the Silver Logie for Most Popular Drama Series actor in 2004 and 2007.
